Shipping Policy

1. Type of Transport

Delivery time: delivery within 10 days of placing an order, urgent orders can/cannot be delivered during holidays.

Orders and shipments

All orders are processed, verified, quality checked and packaged within 4-5 business days.

If a delay occurs (e.g., product delay to the warehouse, logistics disruptions preventing timely delivery), we will promptly notify you via email within 1 business day of identifying the delay.

Holiday orders, we will process them for you within 3 days. Urgent orders may not be delivered during major U.S. holidays; we will clearly specify holiday periods on our website in advance to avoid ambiguity.

During the transportation, we will follow up the logistics in time, and tell you the transportation method and order number of the product in time when shipping. If there are problems with the product during transportation, such as Lost, we will inform you in time. And reissue it for you in time. Please rest assured that we will keep track of your logistics information until you receive it.

The express companies we cooperate with and commonly used is: FedEx. We do not/do support the designated courier company.

2. Shipping

First of all, we support delivery to the Contiguous United States. The main market of this website is the US.

Free shipping in the US for all orders.

If it cannot be sent or the shipping fee is too expensive, we will contact you in an email to help you cancel the order.

Sales tax will be calculated and applied in accordance with the tax laws of the U.S. state where your delivery address is located. Sales tax exemptions (if applicable) will be applied in compliance with state tax regulations.

3. Delivery & Services

All orders shipped via our carriers are delivered to your doorstep by default. Standard delivery does not include upstairs placement, in-home assembly, installation, or removal of packaging materials.

If you require upstairs delivery, in-home installation, assembly, or other special handling (collectively referred to as "White Glove Service"), please contact our customer service at least 3 business days in advance. We will help recommend and arrange White Glove Service in collaboration with our authorized partners (including FedEx Custom Critical, where applicable). Please note the following important terms for White Glove Service:

White Glove Service is available as an optional paid add-on. Available service tiers and pricing will be displayed directly on the product page or at checkout prior to purchase confirmation.

Additional fees may apply in certain situations, including but not limited to:

  • Remote area delivery

  • Walk-up stair delivery

  • Special oversized-item handling

  • Restricted building access

You must be present (or designate an authorized adult aged 18 or older) to accept delivery and sign for the White Glove Service upon completion.

White Glove Service includes in-home placement, assembly (if applicable), and removal of packaging materials. Additional fees may apply depending on delivery conditions, including multiple flights of stairs, restricted access, lack of elevator access, narrow stairwells, or oversized/heavy item.

We reserve the right to refuse White Glove Service for unsafe delivery conditions (e.g., icy stairwells, obstructed pathways) to protect our staff and your property.

For health and safety reasons, we will not remove or haul away stained, soiled, or contaminated items as part of White Glove Service.

4. Update order delivery

Address Change Before Shipment: If you need to change your delivery address before the order is shipped, please contact us via email promptly. We will update your order information free of charge and confirm the updated address with you via email before shipping. If you wish to cancel the order or change to a different product before shipment, you may contact us, and we will process the cancellation or change free of charge, with a full refund (if payment has been made) processed within 7 business days.

Address Change In Transit: If you need to change the delivery address after the order has been shipped, please contact us via email immediately. We will coordinate with the logistics provider (FedEx) to attempt the address change; however, we cannot guarantee success, as this is subject to the carrier’s policies and the order’s transit status. A non-refundable address change fee of $19.50 will apply for each successful address change, which will be clearly communicated to you before we initiate the request.

Address Change After Delivery: We do not support address changes for orders that have already been delivered and confirmed as received by you or your authorized representative.

We recommend carefully reviewing all order information (including delivery address) before completing your purchase to avoid unnecessary delays or fees. This recommendation does not limit your legal rights under U.S. consumer protection laws.

5. The item never arrived (lost in transit)

If you have not received your purchased product within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us via email to initiate an investigation. We will work with the logistics provider (FedEx) to trace the shipment in accordance with carrier protocols. If the shipment is confirmed lost in transit (as verified by the carrier), we will provide you with two options: (1) reissue a new intact product at no additional cost to you, or (2) issue a full refund (processed within 7 business days). We will keep you updated on the investigation progress until the issue is resolved, and you will not be held responsible for any costs related to transit loss.
