Returns and Exchanges Policy

Hulala  customers’ orders are sent to our warehouses frequently throughout the day for the fastest possible fulfillment and shipping. Therefore, after 24 hours, it is not possible to change or cancel an order once it has been transmitted to a warehouse and begun processing.

 

If we are unable to accommodate your request and you receive the merchandise, you are kindly advised that you contact us for the return process upon receipt of the parcel for the refund.

 

Hulala has 10 American warehouses and one Canadian warehouse in North America.

 

All orders from the U.S. are shipped from the U.S. warehouse with free shipping via Fedex

 

All deliveries from the Canadian warehouse to any region in Canada provide free shipping via Fedex

 

Orders shipped from US warehouses to Canada or from Canadian warehouses to the United States will be charged according to Fedex standards

 

Order Shipped from the UK warehouse to any region in the UK provide free postage service by Fedex, and from the UK to other European countries and regions, the shipping fee will be charged according to Fedex standards

Free shipping is provided for all deliveries from the French warehouse to any region in France via Fedex, and shipping fees are charged according to Fedex standards for shipments from the UK to other European countries and regions

 

Free shipping is provided for all shipments from the Japanese warehouse to the whole Japan through Fedex 

SHIPPING TIME

In-stock orders typically ship the next business day, unless otherwise noted on the product page. 

For in-stock orders, we'll provide tracking number within 5 business days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped. The carrier is UPS/FedEx. It may take 3-10 days for your shipment to be scanned by UPS/FedEx. For any third-party shipping, we cannot provide any additional shipping information or documentation. Any delivery dates provided by Hulala are estimates.

SHIPPING CHANGES & ORDER CANCELLATION

Before shipping

Order Cancellation: If you cancel the furniture order that was placed in 2 hours, the processing fee will not be charged. If a customer ordered the wrong model and wants to place a new order, after the second order is received, the original order will not be charged any processing fee.

If you cancel orders that haven't entered the shipping process yet, 8% of the furniture cost will be charged as a processing fee.

If you cancel the accessory order that was placed in 2 hours, the processing fee will not be charged. If it exceeds 2 hours, 25% of the order amount will be charged as a processing fee. 

Change of Address: No charge fee.

Replacements and exchanges: If the customer does not place a new order or the total amount is significantly lower than the original order, a 10% processing fee of the original order will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Customer will be charged 4% fee by cancel the order within one extension, Customer canceled orders that are postponed twice or more will not be charging any fee.

After shipping

Order Cancellation: If your order is shipped and cannot be modified, you may reject the package and 10% of the furniture cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

The customer is also responsible for the return shipping cost.  Hulala will provide a return shipping label, and the designated carrier will collect the return package.

Or the customer may also choose self-return or arrange the return shipment by himself. More information is provided on Refund Policy - Model Replacement & Return Part.

Please Note: We do not accept returns for accessories that are not quality problems.

Change of Address: If you successfully change your address, $20 will be charged as a processing fee. If you fail to change your address, you may refuse the package and 10% of the furniture cost will be charged as a reshipping fee. And the costomer is also responsible for the return shipping cost

Replacements and exchanges:

A)If you successfully exchange the item, $20 will be charged as a processing fee.

  1. B) If you fail to change, you may reject the package and 10% of thefurniture cost will be charged as a reshipping fee. 
  2. C) If you fail to reject the item and still want to cancel the order, 10% of the furniture cost will be charged as the processing fees and the costomer is also responsible for the return shipping cost

ORDER TRACKING

You can track your order and shipping & handling information on your account if you have registered one on hhulala.com. If you haven't registered on our site, you can also track your order with your order number. For more shipping information, send an email to  hello@hulalahome.com We will get back to you in 24 hours.

If you haven't received the bike, however, the logistics order shows the goods have been signed. In this situation, please contact us in 3 business days. Otherwise, after 3 working days, we will no longer deal with this issue, and customers need to contact the corresponding logistics company to solve this issue.
