Delivery appointments are scheduled in advance. A confirmation call is provided prior to delivery.

Your order will be delivered to the first accessible ground-level entrance, such as the front entryway, garage, patio, or curbside, based on your delivery instructions.

A signature is requested upon delivery to confirm receipt.

Items can be carried up stairs where safe and accessible. Additional fees may apply for deliveries requiring multiple flights of stairs.

All packaging materials and delivery debris will be removed and properly disposed of, leaving your space clean and tidy.

Furniture is assembled on-site by the delivery team.
