In today’s fast-paced lifestyle, prolonged sitting has become a key factor contributing to lower back discomfort and spinal health issues. During the development of our lift chair, we conducted extensive research and found that many users—especially seniors, office workers, and individuals in recovery—suffer from inadequate lateral support. This not only causes poor posture but also increases the risk of spinal rotation and scoliosis.
To address this, we launched a design innovation journey focused on “support and health,” aiming to create a power lift recliner that seamlessly blends comfort, wellness, and technology. This next-generation electric assist chair not only retains the practical dual-motor function for independent back and footrest adjustment, but also achieves significant breakthroughs in ergonomics and user support.
Drawing from medical and office ergonomics, we revolutionized the head and lumbar design. The sides of the headrest are curved inward to gently guide the user into a proper posture, effectively preventing cervical spine fatigue. The adjustable neck pillow allows users of different heights to find a natural fit, enhancing rest and sleep comfort.
To address the lack of side support, we developed a 3-sided lumbar structure. The winged side supports cradle the lumbar spine like a pair of strong arms, preventing sideways tilting and twisting during long sitting sessions. The central zone provides vertical support to maintain the spine’s natural S-curve. This structure is especially beneficial for users with lumbar spine disorders, weak core muscles, and elderly users, allowing prolonged sitting without discomfort.
The seat uses a dual-layer design: a soft upper foam layer offers plush comfort, while the high-density lower foam ensures long-term resilience. This structure helps distribute pressure across the coccyx and ischial tuberosities, making it ideal for those with osteoporosis or sciatic nerve sensitivity.
To better support individuals with lumbar spine conditions, our team looked to medical-grade seating for inspiration, opting for a medium-firm backrest. This balanced firmness avoids localized pressure from overly hard surfaces while maintaining sufficient support that soft cushions often lack. Inspired by the "nine-square grid" design, the backrest also features open sections that promote airflow, allowing users to lean back comfortably without feeling overheated or stuffy.
Everyone’s body and preferences are different. That’s why we designed adjustable neck and lumbar pillows. Users can modify their support angles based on their sitting or resting posture, creating a fully personalized motorized ergonomic lumbar support recliner.
Traditional vibration massage lacks depth, while roller massage is often too intense. Our new lumbar airbag massage technology balances stimulation and comfort, gently pushing the lower back through rhythmic inflation and deflation, simulating a kneading massage to relieve tension and improve blood circulation. It reaches deep into the muscles to relieve tension from prolonged sitting—without irritating sensitive areas—making it an ideal massage recliner chair for those with chronic lower back pain.
Moderate air pressure not only helps relax muscle fibers, but also enhances blood circulation in the lower back, promoting healing and metabolism. It’s your trusted partner on the road to recovery.
To meet the seasonal needs of cold weather and the elderly, we integrated a 45°C constant temperature heating function into the seat cushion. This feature relaxes stiff muscles, improves circulation, and relieves pressure on the lumbar spine—particularly helpful for joint issues and poor lower limb circulation.
For users who cannot use heating or massage functions, we offer a basic electric lift recliner in faux leather. It retains all core assistive features while providing a more affordable, easy-to-clean option suitable for various settings.
