  • White Glove service

    A premium all-in-one service. The same professional team delivers from the hub and completes placement, stair carry, unpacking, assembly, and debris removal in one visit.

    Please note: This service applies to newly purchased items only. Removal or relocation of existing furniture is not included. White Glove and Room of Choice services are charged per item.

  • Delivery Scheduling

    Delivery appointments are scheduled in advance. A confirmation call is provided prior to delivery.

  • Initial Entrance

    Your order will be delivered to the first accessible ground-level entrance, such as the front entryway, garage, patio, or curbside, based on your delivery instructions.

  • Signature

    A signature is requested upon delivery to confirm receipt.

  • Stair Carry

    Items can be carried up stairs where safe and accessible. Additional fees may apply for deliveries requiring multiple flights of stairs.

  • Debris Removal

    All packaging materials and delivery debris will be removed and properly disposed of, leaving your space clean and tidy.

  • Assembly

    Furniture is assembled on-site by the delivery team.

Who is eligible for the HULALA HOME Trade Program?
The program is open to qualified interior designers, architects, home stagers, contractors, retailers, dealers, and commercial purchasing professionals. Applications are reviewed based on the business and professional documents provided.

What documents do I need to apply?
Please provide your business information, EIN, and a valid Seller’s Permit, resale certificate, or W-9. A business website or professional portfolio may also help us verify your application. We may contact you if additional documents are required.

How long does account approval take?
Most complete applications are reviewed within 24 business hours. Once approved, you’ll receive an email inviting you to access your Trade account. Applications requiring additional documentation may take longer.

How do I receive my Trade pricing?
Once your Trade application is approved, your Account Manager will contact you to introduce your Trade Partner benefits and provide the applicable discount code. Pricing is personalized based on your current account status, order value, and project requirements. For larger orders or special projects, your Account Manager can also prepare a customized quote.

Is there a minimum order requirement?
No. There is no minimum order quantity or minimum order value. Approved Trade Partners can access Trade pricing whether purchasing a single item or sourcing products for a larger project.

Are all products eligible for Trade pricing?
Yes. Trade pricing is available across all HULALA HOME products. Your Account Manager will provide the applicable pricing and discount code based on your account status and order requirements.

How do I apply for tax exemption?
Upload a valid resale or tax-exemption certificate with your application. Once verified, the exemption will be configured for the applicable company location and jurisdiction. Approval is subject to the validity and coverage of the document provided.

Can I use a retail promotion together with my Trade price?
No. Trade pricing cannot be combined with retail promotions, promotional codes, or other discounts. As an approved Trade Partner, you will receive the best available pricing for your order directly from your Account Manager.

Can orders be shipped directly to my client or project site?
es. At checkout, simply enter your client’s address or project site address as the shipping address. Please review all recipient and delivery details carefully before submitting your order to help ensure successful delivery.  
Our standard online shipping service is available within the contiguous United States. For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or locations requiring special delivery arrangements, please contact your Account Manager or our Trade Team at trade@hulalahome.com before placing your order. We’ll review your project details and help confirm available shipping options, lead times, and applicable fees.

Can I request a formal bulk quote?
Yes. For bulk orders, please contact your Account Manager or email us at trade@hulalahome.com. We’ll review your product requirements and order quantities and provide a formal quote tailored to your project.

Do you offer expedited order processing or delivery?
Expedited fulfillment and delivery may be available for eligible in-stock items, depending on inventory, order quantity, delivery location, and carrier availability.  
If your project has a required delivery date, please email to trade@hulalahome.com before placing your order. Please include the product details, quantities, delivery address, and requested delivery date. We’ll review the available options and confirm any applicable fees. Expedited delivery cannot be guaranteed until confirmed by our team.

12.What payment methods do you accept? Do you accept wire transfers?
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and Afterpay. Wire transfers are also available for Trade orders.
