Quick delivery, desk is well made and beautiful. Great quality, hsturdy.

Like all on line purchases, one has to be cautious. I order this desk keeping my fingers crossed that the quality would be decent, and that the delivery persons would not damage it. To my pleasant surprise, one poor sole (fedex) was responsible for the delivery. Still dont know how since the desk is rather heavy. That said, it arrived with only a minor dent to the shipping box. The packaging was, to say the least, extensive! But hey it go here without a break, scratch or ding! Assembly, is relatively easy, for those of you small in stature, may want to have someone fairly strong to help flip the preassembled top and attach the legs. I'm pretty strong and it was a bit of a reach to get it safely up on its legs. PS: The box came with very neatly organized assembly parts and instructions as well as two small wrenches for tighterning the 12 fasteners. . It's really easy to assemble. The design itself is aesthetically very attachtive. Clean lines, nice finish throughout. Again, all parts were in good condition when received. Bottom line, the desk is quite beautiful, and with some decent care, should last a good long time.

This all solid wood midcentury modern desk is gorgeous. It is very easy to put together, but you have to pay attention and make sure that you are attending to the lettered sections. I had reversed the legs and the cross bar's hardware side was facing front. Easy to undo and redo, but that tripped me up for a bit. The electronic connections in the right hand draw are terrific; the draw itself also can store your cords, earbuds, etc. Excellent organizational potential! The desk is a beautiful and well-made piece of furniture.

The acorn finish is lovely, and the 4 tapered legs give it a sturdy foundation. The three drawers offer sufficient storage for my writing essentials. It's a versatile piece!

I'm deducting one star as I would have preferred the option to choose different leg designs for added customization. Otherwise, it's a highly functional and attractive writing desk.
