Rules for Collection
1. Time Limit: The pickup needs to be completed within the booked time period, and a new booking is required after that.
2. Warehouse Address: The address of the collection point will be notified to you in the email after the audit.
3. On-site Verifcation: Please bring your ID and the email notification of your application review and approval to the site. On-site staff will verify the information and assist in completing the pickup.
4. Quantity: Each applicant can only receive 1 piece of random furniture.
Attention
1. Donated furniture is provided free of charge for the use of affected residents only and cannot be resold.
2. If the application information is found to be false, it will be disqualified.
3. Transportation and packing services will not be provided at the warehouse site, and recipients are required to arrange their own transportation vehicles.
4. The total number of donated products is 100, and we will update the remaining quantity in IG Story every day.
