All of Hulala home furniture is backed by a 30 days limited time warranty. This includes most of our upholstered furniture such as sofas, chairs, beds, sectionals, benches, ottomans, rocking chairs, cabinets, and chaise lounges. The warranty does not apply to our home decoration items such as fans and lights

This type of insurance applies to all essential parts of your furniture such as wood frames, springs, joints, plinths, legs and hardware, which are integral to the life cycle of your furniture. We promise to pay for standard repairs when needed, or we'll be able to replace it for you if the problem is beyond repair.
Our one-year limited warranty covers any manufacturer's defect or shipping damage to the furniture's legs, fabric, leather, foam, seams, tufting, mattress, wood stains and finishes. If it needs to be replaced, we will replace it for you for free, and you only need to pay the shipping cost.
Please note that the warranty is only valid in the contiguous 48 states and will be void if the item is shipped by a third party outside the US, or re-shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.
Home decorations are excluded from all warranties. Any damage or defect must be reported within 14 days of delivery for a replacement.
