Hulala Home's customers’ orders are sent to our warehouses frequently throughout the day for the fastest possible fulfillment and shipping. Therefore, after 24 hours, it is not possible to change or cancel an order once it has been transmitted to a warehouse and begun processing. If we are unable to accommodate your request and you receive the merchandise, you are kindly advised that you contact us for the return process upon receipt of the parcel for the refund.
Hulala has 10 American warehouses and one Canadian warehouse in North America.
All orders from the U.S. are shipped from the U.S. warehouse with free shipping via FedEx
All deliveries from the Canadian warehouse to any region in Canada provide free shipping via FedEx
Orders shipped from US warehouses to Canada or from Canadian warehouses to the United States will be charged according to FedEx standards
Order Shipped from the UK warehouse to any region in the UK provide free postage service by FedEx, and from the UK to other European countries and regions, the shipping fee will be charged according to FedEx standards
Free shipping is provided for all deliveries from the French warehouse to any region in France via FedEx, and shipping fees are charged according to Fedex standards for shipments from the UK to other European countries and regions
Free shipping is provided for all shipments from the Japanese warehouse to the whole of Japan through FedEx
In-stock orders typically ship the next business day, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
For in-stock orders, we'll provide a tracking number within 3 business days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped. The carrier is UPS/FedEx. It may take 3-5 days for your shipment to be scanned by UPS/FedEx. For any third-party shipping, we cannot provide any additional shipping information or documentation. Any delivery dates provided by Hulala are estimates.

If you cancel a furniture order placed within 12 hours, there will be no processing fee. If the customer orders the wrong model and wants to place a new order, after receiving the second order, the original order will not charge any handling fee.
Order Cancellation: If your order has shipped and cannot be modified, you may refuse the package and will be charged a cancellation fee of 10% of the cost of the furniture.
The customer is also responsible for return shipping costs. Hulala will provide a return shipping label and the designated carrier will pick up the return package.
Change of Address: If you successfully change your address, there will be a $20 processing fee. If you fail to change your address, you may reject the package and will be charged 10% of the cost of the furniture as a reshipment fee. And the customer is also responsible for return shipping

If your order has already shipped and you are unsuccessful in changing your address, you may reject the package and will be charged 10% of the cost of the furniture as a reshipment fee. Replacements and exchanges:
A)If you successfully exchange the item, $20 will be charged as a processing fee.
B) If you fail to change, you may reject the package and 10% of the furniture cost will be charged as a reshipping fee.
C) If you fail to reject the item and still want to cancel the order, 10% of the furniture cost will be charged as the processing fees and the customer is also responsible for the return shipping cost
Defective or damaged product
1. After receiving the goods, please check the items you purchased, if there are any missing, faulty, damaged, or incorrect items,
Please notify us immediately. If there is a problem with the item, it is recommended that you contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the item. Such as lights not working during installation, water faucet leaking during installation, and furniture damaged after opening, please make sure to take some photos or a quick video to illustrate the problem. Providing product images, packaging, and external labels will allow us to expedite the process considerably for you.
Used or abused products will not be returned.
Eligible domestic returns within the 30-day warranty period for a full refund of the purchase price, less return shipping and/or restocking costs, which vary by product category and manufacturer. Please review carefully. After 30 days, the product is no longer eligible for return.
Upon receipt of your returned item, a refund will be made to your original method of payment minus shipping,
Plus a 10% restocking fee deducted from your order subtotal. If you need to cancel your original order, you must do so within 12 hours to receive a full refund. If you need to cancel after 12 hours of your original order and before item delivery, you will receive a full refund, less a 5% processing fee.

If you haven't received the bike, however, the logistics order shows the goods have been signed. In this situation, please contact us in 3 business days. Otherwise, after 3 working days, we will no longer deal with this issue, and customers need to contact the corresponding logistics company to solve this issue.
