How do I change my account information?
Visit Account to easily update your information. Remember to click the submit button after making your changes before exiting the page.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
We're sorry that you forgot your password. Please click the "Forgot Password?" link on the log in page and we will send you an email with a link to reset your password.

How do l track my order?

You can monitor the status of your order using the following steps: 
1. Please visit the link Account to log in. 
2. Once logged in, navigate to the 'My Orders' section on the left-hand menu and select 'All Orders' to view your current orders and their status.If you do not have a Hulala Home
account, you will receive an email confirmation or shipping notification for your order.
To track your order progress, then visit Track Your Order and enter your order number along with the registered email address to access further details.

How will I know that you've received my order?

Once the items have been ordered, a confirmation page will appear with a summary of your transaction. You may decide to print this for your records. If you supply us with an accurate email address, we will send you an email version of this summary right away. When your order ships, we will send you further emails with tracking information.

What should I do if I'm having trouble making a purchase?

If you encounter issues while making a purchase,please try the following steps: 
1. Clear Browser Cache: Clear your browser's cache and cookies. Attempt to make the purchase again. 
2. Try a Different Device or Network: Use a different device or connect to another network. See if the issue persists.
3. Check Card Details: Ensure all card details (number,expiration date, CVV, and billing address)are entered correctly. Try using a different payment method. Contact your bank to confirm there are no issues with your payment account. 
If the issue persists,please provide us with your contact information and the best time to reach you. Our technical support team will investigate the issue further and work to find a solution as quickly as possible.

Will I receive all of the items in my order at the same time?

For your convenience, most items will be delivered as they become available. Items that ship via Standard Delivery will ship separately from furniture. We don't offer expedited or alternative transportation options. Please click our Shipping Policy page.

What is your shipping time?

If the order is placed at the below time, the order will be shipped on the same workday. 
Monday-Thursday: by 8:00 p.m. EST 
Friday: by 10:00 p.m. EST All other orders will be shipped out on the next business day. 
If an order of more than 10 pieces is placed within the specified time frame, we will try our best to ship out on the same workday. Please understand if it causes inconvenience.

Do you ship overseas?

What do you charge for shipping and handling?

Within the United States, Hulala Home will provide free shipping to all 48 states (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico) for all orders with no minimum purchase requirement.

How do you deliver furniture?

During the transportation, we will follow up the logistics in time, and tell you the transportation method and order number of the product in time when shipping. If there are problems with the product during transportation, such as Lost, we will inform you in time. And reissue it for you in time. Please assured that we will keep track of your logistics information until you receive it. The express companies we cooperate with and commonly used is: FedEx. We don't support the designated courier company.

Why the tracking of my order is not showing an update?

Due to high demand, there will be experiencing delays on FedEx. Most of the orders are delivered on time. Please check your order status and know the updated information frequently.

Can I delay the shipment of my order?

Please contact us if you would like to place an order but postpone its shipment. 

What if my items arrive damaged?

All furniture from Hulala Home is shipped in unopened boxes directly from our warehouse so customers receive the furniture in perfect condition. If the product you received was damaged in transit, please contact us at, and we will surely be able to resolve your concerns.

What if the tracking shows my order was delivered but I don’t receive it ?

Can I ship items to multiple addresses?

Unfortunately, we don't support multi-address delivery. And address Update is not supported for orders that have already been delivered. (It is recommended to carefully check the order information when purchasing, so as to avoid unnecessary troubles)

Can I ship to foreign countries?

Under normal circumstances, we don't offer international shipping due to high shipping costs. However, if there's a specific need, please feel free to contact us for assistance.

What payment methods are available?

For orders shipped to the US, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, UnionPay, JCB (Japan Credit Bureau), Paypal and Klarna, etc.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged when you place an order and complete the payment.

What is your return policy?

We offer a flexible return policy that is designed to allow you to try out any Hulala Home furniture pieces worry-free in your own space for 30 days. If you are unhappy with the product for any reason, we will refund the amount paid for the product itself.

Can I return a personalized item?

Yes, you can cancel the order within 24 hours after you ordered. We're dedicated to ensuring the quality of our personalized items. Therefore, we only accept returns for personalized items in the event of quality issues. After your merchandise is returned, it will undergo inspection. Subsequently, appropriate credits and/or refunds will be issued for your order, and any applicable taxes will be refunded in accordance with state regulations. Please follow the link Return Policy.

How Soon Will I Receive My Refund?

When we receive your return, you will be refunded within 3-5 business days upon receipt and inspection. The refund will be made to the account that the funds were originally drawn from, namely the money will be sent back in the same way it was received. Do you have price protection at Hulala Home?

Guarantee: If you find a price reduction on the same product within 7 days of placing your order (this does not apply to promotions, discounts, special offers or price fluctuations due to other special events). We can refund the price difference.

EXCEPTIONS: We reserve the right of final interpretation and we reserve the right to reject incorrect or abusive applications.

How can I make a refund?
