HULALA HOME User Generated Content (UGC) Agreement
Introduction
We value your creativity and want to celebrate your experiences with our products. By sharing your content with us, you agree to the following terms regarding your User Generated Content ("UGC").
Our UGC submission service is exclusively available to users who are [18 years old] or older in your state's legal age range. If you are under this age, you must obtain explicit consent from your parent or legal guardian before submitting any content. We reserve the right to request age verification from all contributors and may refuse or remove content suspected of being submitted by minors without parental authorization
1. Submission of UGC
You can submit UGC in various ways, including:
Posting comments or photos on our website.
Engaging with us on our social platforms (including media, website and edm).
Specifically submitting content through designated galleries or forms.
2. Ownership and Rights
Ownership: You retain ownership of your UGC. You affirm that you hold all necessary rights to the content you submit.
License Grant: By submitting your UGC, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display your content across various platforms (including FB, INS, Email,etc.) for promotional purposes.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Ensure that your UGC is original and does not infringe upon the rights of any third party and does not violate the law. Obtain consent from any individuals appearing in your content. Avoid sharing sensitive or confidential information.
4. Our Rights and Responsibilities
We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any UGC that we deem inappropriate or that violates our policies. We are not liable for any third-party content or websites linked to your UGC.
5. Privacy and Data Use
We will handle any personal data associated with your UGC in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By submitting content, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined.

7. Contact Information
We reserve the right to reject any content that we determine to be inappropriate or not in line with our standards. Types of content prohibited: such as pornography, violence, hate speech, illegal content, infringing content, spam, etc.). Do not appear sensitive information (such as ID number, bank card number, detailed health information, others' private contact information, etc.). 8. Autonomy
You acknowledge that we may choose not to use your content or may remove your content from any Hulalahome media at any time.
9. No Compensation
You will not receive any payment or other compensation for our use of your UGC under this Agreement unless, prior to your submission of the UGC, we have expressly stated in writing through the official rules of the event that a specific form of compensation (such as cash rewards, gift cards, product discounts) will be provided.
10. Content Deletion
If you delete your content from the platform where it was originally posted, that content will only be removed from platforms if it is linked to our brand, taking into account reasonable delays caused by technical reasons. You may at any time request us to cease using and delete specific UGC submitted by you through a written request (sent to the designated email address: hello@hulalahome.com). Upon receiving a valid request, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to remove such content from our platforms and materials currently being developed within 30 working days. Reasonable delays caused by technical limitations or legal requirements shall not be deemed as a breach of Agreement.
