The tension is too high on the foot rest and back of the chair. Once I recline I can not get the footrest down with my legs and feet. I have to get out of the chair and push the footrest down with my hand to stop it from coming back up again. The back of the chair wants to push back up when I am laid back in the reclining position. Is there any way to reduce the tension?

Right size for the space, good price, uncomfortable for a person under 6 ft, like the color, easy to assemble, Leg rest is a little hard to put down.

Super easy to assemble. Feels very sturdy. Slim design fits well in smaller spaces. Very comfortable to sit in, nice to have both swivel and rocker features. Reclines to a good distance, the only con is that the fully reclined position doesn't lock into place, but that would probably require an additional release lever.

Came in separate cartons with slight differences. One was perfect for me at the start��very firm stuffing & closed easily. The other not as much stuffing which is better for my husband but needed to break-in the recliner closing mechanism��took about 2 weeks but now works great.

Received the chair yesterday, (Friday) ordered Tuesday - very quick! Took me 1 hours to bring box into the house, remove contents, assemble and discard the box. The chair went together very easily only 3 pieces to assemble. The leather is very nice, including the smell. It's not pebble like which is what I thought due to the picture and prefer. The padding is very comfortable and easily reclines and retracts. I definitely recommend.

Outstanding swivel rocker recliner. Very high quality real leather seating, design & operation. I had looked at a lot of different recliners. This is the best that I found . . very high value for the price. We needed a chair to fit into a tight space. Although It is one of the most narrow recliners, the seating is roomy and comfortable. I am 6 feet, 170 Lbs. The tracked shipping arrived within an hour of the extimated delivery time. The recliner packaging was outstanding . . protecting the recliner from any damage. Highly recommend buying this recliner. It is one of best values.

The recliner is great but is smaller than other recliners but it looks good and I like that it is leather, rocks, swivels and reclines and the price was good.Hulala shipped it the next day but Fedex ground who ships for them is terrible. Our recliner left Texas and plus every other FedEx location on the east coast and after 9 days it finally arrived. This was not Hulala fault but Fedex who apparently has shipping problems

I've had my recliner for 2 years its in great condition. It was somewhat easy to assemble, but having a second person would have made the processes faster, but it is possible to assemble with one person.

The chair arrived in one large heavy box. It took two old people to remove it from the box. The assembly directions were clear, and it assembled easily and understandable. The chair is very firm in the seat and back. The construction is excellent. The chair is smaller than I expected, but adequate. It was good to learn the chair is a swivel/glider rather than a rocker.

This is a striking chair and the Camel color is lovely. It is of a smaller profile and is probably best suited to someone without super long legs. It is well made and the leather is of nice quality. The ability to recline, swivel, and rock gives you every option. It arrived very quickly and was well packed. Assembly was SUPER EASY and took less than 10 minutes. There are just a couple of pieces that snap and lock into place.

I wanted a small rocker recliner that would compliment the space. This chair fits the bill. I was able assemble the chair myself, but it was a bit awkward. 2 people would have made this super fast and easy. No tools needed. The material and feel of the chair is great. I was afraid for the price it would look cheap. The pull bottom to recline the chair is a little stiff and closing the chair from the recline is a bit stiff. I am hoping with use it will move better, not so still.

It takes a bit of force to put the footrest back after extending it to recline.
