However when it arrived, a gold part of the base was sticking out through the box.....needless to say, I was scared. To my delight, everything was fine and it went together in maybe two minutes. Lovely pop of color in a multitasking room (office/sewing/guest room). Comfortable, really easy to put together, seems to be well made. if you're looking for an ergo chair, there are plenty out there. i spend my day standing and sitting, and this soft, comfy chair is just what i was looking for when i need/want to sit.

I LOVE this chair! I ordered another chair to compare and decide and this one is way more comfortable and supportive. I love the elegance it gives my desk area too thanks to the tufted back! Perfect for WFH long hours.Only complaints are that the gray is more blue-gray and didn't match my other furniture and to return would be difficult/might have lost money.
